Companies considering data democratization need to have a data access taxonomy that automates which data is accessible to which user, according to Michael Beygelman, founder of Claro Analytics and executive vice president of product at WilsonHCG.
“Some data is protected under confidentiality agreements, so a data taxonomy tied into data automation can remove barriers to data access while protecting the company from risk,” Beygelman explained.
