Mike Wolford, director of analytics at Claro, authored an article on RecruitingDaily entitled “A Day in the Life of a Recruiter in 2030.” In it, he compared changes in technology and anticipated AI-driven, data-centric approaches between 2023 and 2030.
Recruitment comparison areas included prioritizing strategy in a recruiter’s role to elevate the candidate experience, support continuous learning and adaptability and ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI.
Wolford added that AI’s role is meant to bring efficiency and precision, while supporting a recruiter’s ability to strategize and make analytics-driven decisions. It’s not meant to replace a seasoned recruiter’s expertise; but rather, enhance the core mission to “understand and realize human potential within organizations.”
