He advised tech leaders to adapt their tech stacks to enable greater workforce flexibility while maintaining data privacy and security.
“Tools including self-managed work and PTO schedulers, easy-to-use collaboration software and multifactor authentication, along with the ability to easily connect personal devices to company resources, can help,” Beygelman added.
