What we do:
We’re building a unique Labor Market Intelligence platform that helps organizations improve their business agility in a rapidly changing environment. Our platform delivers a unique set of digital tools that helps companies hire and retain Diverse talent faster, get real-time insights about who their competitors are hiring and market salaries, and assess potential employee dissatisfaction or risk of their employees quitting.

The role:
As a Sales Executive at Claro, you will be responsible for increasing our market share. We are looking for a self-starter who knows how to create a sales strategy, is a successful prospector and can closes deals. You will be a critical member of our team as we continue our organic growth. If you have a history of meeting or exceeding sales goals, and have a passion for tech startups with a proven product, then this role is for you!

Ideally, you have a progressive Sales background in Analytics, HR, Recruiting, or other Human Capital Management enterprise SaaS software. You understand your role in being a Sales Executive at an early stage technology startup is to drive revenue growth and you make that the focal point of all your priorities. Most of all, you love helping clients solve their talent challenges and to make a difference in the lives of other people, whether they be job seekers, employers or your Claro colleagues.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to use data storytelling techniques to communicate the value of labor market intelligence to Fortune 1000 companies
  • Outstanding b2b prospecting skills via LinkedIn, Zoominfo, Internet, phone, email, and other creative approaches
  • Demonstrated skill in negotiating and closing 1-3 year b2b SaaS license agreements with Director level through CxO level executives.
  • Track record of closing $1M+ annually in b2b SaaS software sales
  • Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to effectively work independently and remotely
  • Strong proficiency in Google, Microsoft, and other relevant applications
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, HubSpot, Zoom, Slack and Vidyard are highly desired
