Claro Workforce Analytics ( is a Boston-area HR Technology startup that is building a unique Labor Market Intelligence platform. Our mission is to organize all of the world’s workforce related information, and make it easily accessible so that organizations can more strategic decisions about talent.  We are on a quest to dominate this exciting new segment, as we continue to build a market data and analytics platform for Human Resources similar to what Bloomberg had built for Financials Services.

What we do:
Organizations leverage Claro to improve their business agility in a rapidly changing environment. Our platform offers a unique set of tools and industry insights to develop talent location strategies, perform real-time competitive talent benchmark, diversity talent market mapping, workforce supply and demand planning, employee flight risk modeling, and compensation and salary analysis.

About the team:
We are a budding  global team of “A” players who embraces Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. We are agile and live on Slack, with a “work remote” culture that has been instrumental to our ability to remain productive and thrive during these unique times. Once it is safe again, we will resume our cadence of getting together in person whenever possible, but for now we stay virtually connected and calibrated on building a Labor Market Intelligence platform that helps companies identify, attract, and retain diverse talent.

As a sales executive at Claro, you will be responsible for increasing our market share. We are looking for a self-starter who knows how to create a sales strategy, is a successful prospector and closes deals.  You will be a critical member of our team as we continue our organic growth. If you have a history of successfully meeting and exceeding enterprise sales goals, a strong desire to be with an early stage company that has a proven product- we want to hear from you.

Ideally, you have a progressive Sales background in Analytics, HR, Recruiting, or other Human Capital Management enterprise SaaS software. You understand your role in being a Sales Director at an early stage technology startup is to drive revenue growth and you make that the focal point of all your priorities. Most of all, you love helping clients solve their talent challenges and to make a difference in the lives of other people, whether they be job seekers, employers or your Claro colleagues.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to drive, contribute to, and communicate Workforce Analytics solutions to clients.
  • Outstanding prospecting skills via phone/web, email, or other creative approaches.
  • Demonstrated skill in negotiating and closing annual (or multi-year) sales contracts.
  • Proven ability to work toward meeting established sales objectives.
  • Track record of closing $1M+ annually in B2B SaaS software sales
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in
  • Proficient in Google, Microsoft, and other business-related applications.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
  • Experience using web meeting software like GoToMeeting, or others.
